One of the products in our database is our own. That is worth saying plainly, up front, so you can judge our recommendations knowing exactly who is behind them.
Who runs this site
ProptechPicks is owned and operated by Logan Bates.
Logan is also the founder of Klosed, an AI SMS tool that reactivates dormant real estate leads. That means one product in our database, Klosed, is our own. We disclose this openly, here and on every page where Klosed appears.
How we handle our own product
ProptechPicks exists to help agents find the right tools for their situation, whether or not that includes Klosed. Our quiz recommends Klosed only when your answers genuinely call for it: agents sitting on a large dormant database, with an existing CRM and weak follow-up.
When those conditions are not met, the quiz does not recommend Klosed, and it will recommend competitors over it when they are a better fit. Every product on this site runs through the same scoring, with no bonus for being ours.
How we make money
We currently take no affiliate commissions, no sponsorships, and no paid placements from any software on this site. Nobody can buy a ranking, a badge, or a place in your quiz results.
If we ever add affiliate links in the future, we will disclose them clearly and label them wherever they appear. Recommendations are based only on your answers, never on who pays us.
